Meatloaf barrel cracking


°600g minced beef

° 2 Egg

°1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1 cup 240 ml

° 1/2 chopped onion

°1 garlic clove ground

° 1/2 Handful of chopped parsley

°2 tbsp. Milk

°Salt and pepper black

+ Decorations

°2 tbsp. Ketchup

° 1 Mustard

* Methods : 

In  bowl, placing mince.

Above all, add the ingredients mentioned in the first part.

Mix well to integrate everything well.

Cover the cake box with aluminum paper (it should be very wide, to be able to cover all meat.

Large sausage shape with meat mixture, put in cake tin

Cover the surface with ketchup and mustard mix.

Cover meat loaf well

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for at least 40 minutes.

Open the aluminum foil, penetrate the meat loaf with a knife blade, it should come out very dry.

If not, let the meat loaf cook now to get a nice brown colour.

If you think it lacks a little decking, add a little ketchup and mustard, and leave it brown.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before disassembling
